Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dslitex.com (the "Site"), which is operated by DSLiteX LLC ("DSLiteX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about DSLiteX, our AI automation and engineering capabilities, educational resources, product experiments, and ways to contact or schedule a consultation with us. The Site does not itself create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; introduce malicious code; use automated means to overload or scrape the Site in a manner that harms its operation; impersonate another person; or use the Site to violate another party's rights.

4. Consultations and Services

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, using the chat assistant, or booking a consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a business relationship. Any paid project, deliverable, fee, timeline, confidentiality obligation, data-processing term, warranty, or support commitment must be set out in a separate written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, branding, graphics, software, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to DSLiteX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted.

6. Your Communications

You retain ownership of information you submit to us. You grant DSLiteX permission to use that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate and secure the Site, and evaluate a potential business relationship. Do not submit passwords, trade secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive information through the website chat or ordinary email.

7. AI-Generated Information

The Site may provide responses generated with artificial intelligence. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should be independently reviewed. It is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other regulated professional advice.

8. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Third Parties

The Site may display advertisements or include affiliate links. DSLiteX may receive compensation when you view an advertisement or make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. The Site also links to or embeds services operated by third parties, including scheduling, mapping, advertising, and product websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. DSLiteX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSLiteX and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Site. DSLiteX's total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DSLiteX and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

13. Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. Changes become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DSLiteX concerning use of the Site.
