DSLiteX LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DSLiteX LLC collects, uses, and protects information from users who sign in to our website or application for the first time and see a consent screen.
Information We Collect
When you sign in, the consent screen may ask permission for basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We collect only the information needed to create your session, identify your account, provide the requested service, and maintain account security.
How We Use Information
We use sign-in information to authenticate you, personalize your account experience, provide requested website or application features, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate with you about support or service-related matters.
Third-Party Sign-In Providers
If you sign in using a third-party provider, such as Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or LinkedIn, that provider may show a consent screen describing the information shared with DSLiteX LLC. We do not receive your password from third-party sign-in providers.
Google User Data
If you sign in with Google, we use Google user data only for authentication, account identification, and providing the features you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it except as needed to provide and secure the service or comply with legal requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with trusted service providers who help us host, secure, or maintain our website and application.
Advertising, Cookies, and Similar Technologies
We use Google AdSense to support this website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
Google and its advertising partners may also use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and produce aggregated reporting. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies to serve advertising where enabled.
You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google's partner sites policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also review industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices and manage or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website features.
Scheduling Services
Our website embeds Calendly and links to Calendly so visitors can schedule meetings. When you load or use the scheduling tool, Calendly may process device information, cookies, and the contact or scheduling details you choose to provide under its own privacy terms. You can open Calendly in a separate tab or contact us by email if you prefer not to use the embedded scheduler.
Google Maps
Our website may embed Google Maps to display our business location. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and cookie or device identifiers under Google's own privacy terms. You can avoid interacting with the embedded map or open the address using another mapping service.
Website Chat Assistant
Our website offers an optional chat assistant for general information about DSLiteX, scheduling, and basic AI topics. Messages may be processed by our server and, when enabled, by Ollama's cloud model service to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, confidential business information, health information, financial details, or other sensitive personal data through the chat. We may process limited technical information to secure the service and prevent excessive use.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to personal information to people and systems with a legitimate need.
Data Retention
We keep sign-in and account information only for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy business or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.
Your Choices
You can decline the consent screen by not signing in. You may also revoke application access from your third-party account settings, where supported by the provider. Revoking access may limit your ability to use sign-in-based features.
Children's Privacy
Our website and application are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the last updated date above.
