Typical response time

We generally respond to email inquiries within 1–2 business days. A response may take longer when a request requires technical investigation, account verification, or review of a privacy matter. Please do not send passwords, private API keys, payment information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by email.

What to include in a project inquiry

A useful first message explains the business process you want to improve, the people who use it today, and the result you want to measure. If data is involved, describe its general format and source without attaching confidential records. It also helps to include your desired timeline, current technology stack, and any security or deployment constraints.

You do not need to arrive with a finalized AI architecture. DSLiteX can help determine whether the problem calls for an AI agent, retrieval-augmented generation, forecasting, anomaly detection, a conventional automation, or a simpler software workflow. We will say when AI is not the appropriate solution.

Support, privacy, and legal requests

For website support, identify the page you were using, what you expected to happen, and the approximate time of the problem. For privacy requests, explain whether you want to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. We may need to verify that a requester is authorized before acting on account or personal-data requests.
